I missed golden hour and was about to head home when I caught this frame through the passenger window and decided to pull over, cross the road and take the photo. This is an ornamental tree, also known as Indian Almond, Malabar or Tropical Almond.

    I was supposed to be inside during the COVID lock downs.  I needed a break for my mental health and drove out here. Luckily, I wasn’t arrested.  Hindsight is 20/20 but its clear that there was an overreaction by politicians to this pandemic.  It was actually wonderful not seeing another human being, because nature recovered beautifully.  The air was cleaner and the animal populations roamed freely.  The marine life came very close to shore.
